Idea

The idea is to have a digital personal advisor which can give solutions to users depending on the life situation and type of his/her characters. This adviser will coach how to ACHIEVE what they want and to BE who they dream.

Current Status

We already tested the prototype version of the basic product in the version of the Telegram chatbot on ~100users and currently developing the Mobile App.
This week and next week we are scheduling the meetings with HR head of corporates and carrier center of UAE universities for presenting the idea and potential payable customer acquisition.

Market

Looking towards the future - digitalization leaves fewer opportunities for jobs as technological solutions are cheaper and in many areas are performing better than humans. We expect that there will be an increase in the unemployment rate and the government would be exposing tough regulations on corporates. Before this time comes we would like to prepare the platform that is able to understand people's character and how to guide them during challenging times.

Problem or Opportunity

We are targeting insecure and non-confident people who typically don't solve the problem or don't know how to solve; in particular, now we want to focus and start testing mainly people who are looking for a job.
How much would it cost to get a job one month from now compare to getting it after 6 months: this what proves our valuation for users.

Solution (product or service)

The solution is to have a digital personal trustful advisor/friend that can give guidance to users, depending on their life situation and type of his/her character.

Competitors

Direct competitors are health tech and wellness Web & mobile Apps, such as:
Welltok, Lifehack, Wysa, Success Wiz, etc.

Advantages or differentiators

Despite others who offering the general guidance and/or giving advises by face to face meetings or calls (offer the therapists); we are using cutting edge technology to identify user’s unique personal characteristics and directly helping (available 24/7 ) with solutions adjusted to their life situations

Finance

For example in the US: the unemployment rate is ~3% (~9.8MM unemployed) and if charging ~$75/month (minimum price of single life coaching session) for an annual subscription for only 1,000users will result in 0.75MM$ yearly revenue. We are targetting to have 1,000 users by Jan 2021 globally and in the next 5 years to x300 times or $225MM+

Business model

There will be 3 types of services:
1) No Log-in: Free version with the concept “help yourself” using provided tools;
2) With Log-in: Free version with basic profile characteristics identification and still not customized;
3) Paid Year subscription with Log-in and improved profile characteristic & 1/month face-to-face coach sessions.
Currently, revenue is expected to be coming from A) Corporates who are planning to lay off employees and still care for the company’s reputation – more likely will be willing to pay for the product as a part of the exit package; B) Parents who paid for their kids education are more likely to spend another $ for support in finding the jobs; C) Governmental programs for wellbeing.

Money will be spent on

1) Developing product library and predictive modeling analysis (R&D);
2) Enlarging the research for advice and world-wide practice;
3) Marketing campaigns
