Idea

We are platform, that converts offline UX testing methods to online environment. Using UXtweak, you can run UX studies on your projects with fractional costs and time spent on the studies.

Current Status

We have fully functional platform containing 4 tools for UX research. We have started the personal sales in October 2019 and we already subscribed first 6 customers.

As we already tested the saleability of our platform, we are now getting ready for starting the online sales to grow our customer base.

Market

Currently, our main customers are companies, that already use some techniques for UX research. The market is now valued about $130M with opportunity to grow to $540M in 6 years.

We see the opportunity of reaching new markets - not only enterprise clients. By lowering the cost of the UX research, even smaller companies can start to use our platform. We have already seen, that this segment is interested into our product.

Problem or Opportunity

Most enterprise and big online companies conduct UX research studies, to optimize their business. The testing is being made offline, in testing rooms with subjects, that needs to travel long distances. This makes it expensive and time consuming. Using UXtweak, they can have similar or same results from online testing - without needing to step out of the office and within hours from finding an issue.

UXtweak also creates great market opportunity by lowering the costs of UX research studies. Smaller companies, SMEs, e-commerce websites and more can start UX testing their products.

Solution (product or service)

UXtweak now comes with four modules - unmoderated UX testing, visitor recording with full-text searchability over actions, card sorting and tree testing.

All these modules helps designers, analytics and managers to get valuable data during their design process.

Our aim is to deliver support every step of design process for large variety of customers - ranging from small eshops to enterprise clients.

Competitors

There is no market-dominant player in UX research. There are several tools, that have fractional functionality of UXtweak (Hotjar, Optimal workshop). Other tools have the functionality of UX research studies, but requires installation of software or plugins to computers of testers (UserTesting).

Advantages or differentiators

We are the only platform, that doesn't require any software installation on tester side. That makes it applicable for real customers of testing customer.

We are also combining the features from several other platforms into one - that makes us the most complex platform on the market.

Finance

We are SaaS based, with monthly fee starting at €140. Right now, we are testing the price sensitivity for the platform, as it can vary for different customers.

In the future, we plan to launch pay-per-study business model as well. This will be available for more complex studies using more server resources.
