Idea

We’ve created a mobile app and a CRM system, which allows restaurants to adapt to post COVID realities of running business and to step into 21 century and use newest technologies to manage restaurant in the most efficient way possible.

Our mobile app allows customers to view dishes using Augmented reality and order dishes directly by themselves using QR codes, which are set on the
tables.

The app is connected to CRM system, which allows restaurant to manage menu, staff, statistics.

Current Status

We already have an existing products and launched it with first clients.
Also we made a deal with iiko (one of the most popular restaurant CRM systems in East Europe) to make Api integration with them and to connect 5100 of their restaurants across Ukraine and Russia

Market

We consider East Europe and Middle East as our primary market to start. Our target customers are middle level and luxury restaurants

Problem or Opportunity

Our app is supposed to change the customers experience of visiting restaurants.
By seeing dish in 3d it helps customers, who don't know language or dont know the cuisine to clearly understand what they want to select.
Also AR makes experience much unique and fun.
In addition to that they can place order through the app. This will make work of waiters more efficient and faster

Solution (product or service)

One single app to host all restaurants with their AR menus along with simple CRM system that can be integrated with existing restaurant automation platforms.

Competitors

Bartello in Russian right now is the only direct competitor with similar list of features in the app, altough they do not support AR.

Our indirect competition are all the CRM systems for restaurant that are currently on the market. But by creating Api to integrate with them, we changing then from competitors into allies

Advantages or differentiators

Our main advantage is our easy to use UI, feaute of Augmented Reality, which is unique, and ability to place an order through QR code without the waiter

Finance

Our main revenue model is subscription based. We charge monthly payments if there were certain amount of orders made through our app in the restaurant. For Ukraine and Russia the price tag right now is 50$ a month if restaurant get 30 orders through WARP Gourmet.

Our main cost consist of maintaining the team of developers and servers. Right now we looking for investment to start marketing which will be other part of costs.

Business model

Our source of income is:
-Subscription
-Fee for creating 3d models (optional)
-Premium packages to put restaurants in top of the app

Money will be spent on

Hire few more web developers to create Api's with another systems.
But most of the funds are supposeed to be spent on the marketing to start rapid expansion

Offer for investor

We have multiple options to collaborate with investors. It all should be discussed individually.

Risks

We consider that main risk is if customers are not ready yet to switch to AR experience in restaurants and that some of the big players of the market will develop similar feautes in their systems
