The predicted market of the automation equipment makes for 2019 about 9-10 billion rubles only in Russia. Annual growth is 6-9%.
The main clients are an industrial production and processing, electro-power system, the engineering systems of buildings and infrastructure of the city.

The main problem of the distributed systems of automation constructed on local the controller is a low-speed not reserved field network. Application in the hardware of a software and hardware complex of local controllers with the combined wire serial and wireless interfaces and also gateway devices allows to construct architecture with topology like "ring", "subnet", "multidimensional network" increasing fault tolerance and reliability. The Multimasterny protocol of exchange between local controllers of exchange and distribution of an algorithm on knots of network also increase reliability and allow to solve the second problem of the distributed systems - system productivity, at the same economic expenses.

Distinctive features of a software and hardware complex from analogs are simultaneous use of low-speed wire and rather high-speed wireless WiFi of interfaces of field network, absence of the central managing director of the controller, existence of the gateway structures allowing to create highly reliable multidimensional topology of a field data transmission network and distribution of the user algorithm on all structure of the hardware of a complex depending on loading of data of knot of technological process.

FINANCIAL PLAN:
Total amount of financing of the project, including volume of off-budget investments or own means, sources of means and forms of their receiving.
Direct financing of the project is supposed 8800000 rub (the volume of own invested funds of 1800000 rubles, 6000000 rubles a required grant).

Earlier attracted financing on implementation of the project from the budgetary and non-budgetary sources (with the indication of these sources).
Direct financing was made from own means.
During 2017-2018 works on development of the hardware of modules of input of a conclusion and also being included in the package of the operating system were carried out. Tests on the customer's objects were carried out. In 2019 the first realization of a product is eaten.

Risks:
Financial – change of an exchange rate (it is significant upon purchase of accessories). In case of sharp increase in a course we will consider other, cheaper accessories.
Time risk – failure to meet time constraints of supplies of equipment, materials and performance of work by collaborators. Consideration of alternative suppliers is possible. Also correction of terms of the project by results of testing.
Financial risk – lack of reaching the planned sales volumes. Search of alternative ways of sale.
