First Local Application that caters to Businesses and Consumers simultaneously.

Current Status

Pre-Stage.
Fundraising to start the project.
Ideas and action-plans have been set in placed.
Looking to achieve sufficient funds to get the team and resources in place.

Market

The market would consist of majority of the Businesses based in Singapore as well as the Consumers range from 12-70 years old, regardless of genders.

Problem or Opportunity

Lack of Start-up funds.

Hoping to acquire sufficient fund to get the project on-going while continue looking for more injections.

Sourcing for available resources that would contribute to the project progression.

Competitors

This project would be a major project and a most competitive one.
There has already been well established applications that can cater to the consumers and businesses needs, however, on a very small channel.

Advantages or differentiators

Differences:
My project will connect everyone with different ranges, different targets, different objectives together. Forming a "One-stop App"
Every product featured will be closely monitor with feedback teams on costs, efficiency and quality.

Remodeling it to be an app that everyone wants to get on.

Finance

I do not have the available model at the moment as the revenues generated unpredictable at this stage of planning. However, in the next 5 years, i will need this idea to be fully established and running, generating about minimum $100,000 in revenues monthly.

Business model

Middle Platform to bring Businesses closer to Consumers in the most effective and efficient manner. Vice versa.

First application with such capabilities to connect everyone together with just one app.

Revenues would be generated from either marketing, commissions and sales revenues from costs differences. Recurring costs of marketing.

Money will be spent on

The funds would be spend on :

1) Salaries of the start-up members
2) Office space and equipment.
3) Software Developer & Maintenance
4) Company vehicles

Offer for investor

2% of overall equities for each $35,000 invested to a maximum of 30% per investor.
