Book-keeping, tax declarations, consulting, financial reporting I would like to enlarge my business and open the training center (Foreign languages, preparation for exams in Georgian Universities, International Accounting and Standards, Mathematic, legal services). I need amount for renting the real estate (building for training center and MConsulting office and for purchasing furniture).
Current Status
I am 100% owner and one employee in the company. Working remotely, serve several small companies.
Market
Clients to b provided the financial reporting, book-keeping and data entering services are everywhere in countries who uses ACCA, IFRS and GAAP.
Clients to be provided by tax declarations are in Georgia.
Clients to be provided with trainings and teaching is in Georgia.
Problem or Opportunity
It is very hard to enter in this business. I have the facebook page, but I get just likes from that. The challenge is the national specific in our country. First comes relationship and second comes proficiency. Also, here is not the culture of remoted distance services.
Solution (product or service)
Legal services (preparation contracts, consulting), accounting services (book-keeping and tax reporting, preparation tax declarations in Georgia, financial reporting, financial remote data entering). Training center and teaching.
Competitors
The partly concurrents are former tax inspectors that have their audit companies, but they work for Georgian contingents. Also, they more are oriented on audit, either on book-keeping and legal services. I am oriented on to Georgian companies with foreign owners. I am oriented on new companies and new students.
Advantages or differentiators
The strong sides are: remote services, law prices in comparison with concurrents, easy communication, high level of executed work, 24/7 services, consulting are provided in Georgian, English and Russian languages, high level of discipline and ethic, quick response and execution of services. Several services those are reflected to each other are provided in one company.

Remote business. Communication with clients is established by email, phone, viber, skype, facebook and face to face.
For training center the communication is face to face and distance too (the online courses are available too)
Money will be spent on
To purchase the office furniture and equipment and for rent fee for startup period 10 months starting from september 15, 2017.
Offer for investor
I would like to be given with 200 kv.m office in Tbilisi (one room like conference room/classes, 2 rooms like office), Georgia, at least for 2 years, with furniture (15 tables and 30 chairs, WFI,) instead of 49% profit. All other needed equipment will be insvested by me or instead of providing presented services by me for the company/person - investor for the same period.
