Current Status
BASTYN has a live developer product on GitHub Marketplace and is now validating its enterprise continuous-assurance platform with financial-services use cases. Early testing has shown 60–65% automation of technical assurance work and the ability to identify some fraud risks before the event. Currently building commercial partnerships across banking, insurance and agentic commerce. Completed EU Regulatory sandbox testing and now completing FCA UK tests in advance of deployments across EU member state AI sandboxes as technical testing substrate.

Organisations are giving AI agents increasing authority to make decisions and take actions, but they have no independent, continuous way to verify that each interaction across the agent chain remains within intended behaviour and control boundaries before an irreversible financial, operational or regulatory event occurs that can cause customer or reputational damage. Organisations are hesitant to deploy autonomous AI for consequential journeys due to these risks.
Solution (product or service)
BASTYN maps the full AI agent chain and creates a behavioural baseline of full system intent. It then continuously re-tests the live system against that baseline, identifying when individually permitted actions, permissions or tools are combined to create an unauthorised outcome. Our machine readable agent trust certificate provides live validated status (degraded, suspended or revoked) of ai agent so any relying platform or downstream system can immediately verify trust status before use.
Business model
BASTYN combines recurring enterprise assurance subscriptions with usage-based testing, certification and monitoring, trust-registry services, and value-assurance that identifies revenue opportunities, cost efficiencies and unrealised value across the AI decision chain.
Distribution scales through developers, enterprises and ecosystem partners that consume or require BASTYN trust states before agents can act, transact or access greater authority, creating a flywheel around verifiable AI trust and measurable economic value.
