Idea

A 230 km, 500 m-deep Red-to-Med Tunnel™ — an AI-managed underground freight capsule corridor connecting Asia and Europe through Gaza Offshore Port and Eilat. Peace Through Engineering.

Current Status

• Masterplan completed: Red-to-Med deep-maglev tunnel, Gaza Offshore Port, Eilat Integration Hub, Negev hydrogen city.
• Engineering framework drafted using SFT, maglev, hydrogen, EPCM, and deep-boring benchmarks.
• Submitted for Global Peace Recognition 2026 (Nobel) and nominated for 2025 Global Startup Awards.
• Active outreach to governments, funds, and infrastructure groups across MENA, EU, and Asia.
• BuiltToUnite.com launched as the official architecture hub with full strategic documentation.
• Capsule, port, and hydrogen microgrid models prepared for partner review.

Problem or Opportunity

Global trade depends on shallow, congested, high-risk routes (Suez), resulting in delays, high insurance premiums, geopolitical exposure, and unstable supply chains.
Asia–Europe freight currently takes 45 days, suffers from choke points, and lacks any protected deep-infrastructure alternative.

Solution (product or service)

Built to Unite™ develops a deep-maglev freight corridor beneath Israel, creating a fully protected, high-speed route that cuts 7,000 km of detours and reduces delivery time from 45 days to 20.
The system includes: a 230 km deep-maglev tunnel, offshore AI-managed ports in Gaza and Eilat, hydrogen-powered microgrids, and autonomous container capsules.
This creates a friction-free Asia–Europe trade flow with lower insurance, stable logistics, and a scalable inland alternative to maritime choke points.

Business model

Built to Unite™ operates as an infrastructure IP, licensing, and EPCM coordination platform.
Revenue streams include corridor licensing, AI digital-twin licensing, hydrogen microgrid integration, FreightCapsule™ technology licensing, and PPP/EPCM development fees.
Governments and ports license the corridor framework, while private-sector partners participate through modular construction contracts, energy systems, and maglev capsule integration.
