Current Status

Product is built and in pilot. We have 3 active paying retailers, 2 onboarding, and 10 on the waitlist. Early pilots show 35% conversion improvement and significantly faster customer response times. Product recognition, stock syncing, and omnichannel AI chat are fully functional.

Problem or Opportunity

Rug retailers struggle with manual product data management and high customer support load. Online buyers need expert advice, but most tools can’t identify rugs from photos or recommend the right product — resulting in lost conversions.

Solution (product or service)

We built an AI sales agent specifically for rug and carpet retailers. It manages product data, tracks stock and pricing, identifies rugs from photos, and assists customers through text and voice chat. It provides expert recommendations, handles discounts, schedules showroom visits, and works across all online channels.

Business model

We charge retailers a one-time onboarding fee ($2,100–$3,500) plus a $295 monthly subscription for our AI sales agent. Future revenue will include transaction commissions from a B2C layer.
