Dragona Construction is a fully operational real estate development and construction company with over 15 years of experience in the UK and European markets.
At present, we have multiple active and completed projects in our portfolio. We are currently managing new developments in London (including schemes in New Malden and Bromley), as well as a large-scale mixed-use project in Montenegro, totalling approximately 75,000 m² of GBA.
Our product — newly built residential apartments — is successfully being sold off-plan and on the open market. We have both individual and institutional clients, primarily in the UK but also globally (New York, Lisbon, Dubai, Kyiv, etc.).
