IT School Competition fosters innovation and IT skills in Uzbek students through three stages. Winners get funding and global opportunities. Join us in shaping the future of technology!
Current Status
The project is currently in the planning and development stage. We have outlined the competition structure, including regional and national stages, and are working on creating a website to support registration, event details, and team management. Initial outreach to schools and local authorities has been successful, with a growing interest from participants. The next steps include finalizing the competition rules, building the platform, and securing sponsorships and partnerships for the first competition, set to launch soon.
Problem or Opportunity
IT School Competition solves the lack of structured platforms for young programmers in Uzbekistan to develop skills, showcase talent, and gain real-world experience. Many students struggle to find mentorship and competition opportunities. Our initiative creates a multi-stage contest where participants develop IT solutions, receive expert guidance, and turn ideas into startups. This fosters innovation, builds a skilled workforce, and positions Uzbekistan as a global tech hub, attracting investors and driving economic growth.
Solution (product or service)
I am organizing IT competitions among schools, focusing on district, regional, and national stages. The goal is to enhance interest in IT and programming languages among youth, especially students. The best teams from each region will showcase their projects, with the top 3 selected for further development and possible international collaboration. This will not only foster IT innovation but also contribute to the economic growth of Uzbekistan, creating opportunities for young developers to thrive and gain recognition globally.
Business model
The business model centers on organizing IT competitions with revenue generated through sponsorships from tech companies, educational institutions, and government bodies. Partnerships with tech companies can provide additional funding for prizes and scholarships. Long-term revenue will come from offering paid training programs, workshops, and creating a marketplace for projects, facilitating collaborations and project sales. The model aims to foster IT innovation and grow in Uzbekistan and beyond.
