Design League is a managed marketplace for event planning, built by industry professionals, where event clients are matched with exceptional vendor, rental, and product recommendations based on a proprietary data set.
Business model
We launched our vendor marketplace in July 2024 with 240+ vendors and counting. By joining Design League, each of these vendors has agreed to pay us a commission for successfully converted leads generated by Design League.
The commission rates we charge to vendors vary depending on a number of factors - which vendor it is (because their profit margins are very different), the popularity of the date, the market and what it can handle, and what vendors in a specific market charge on average. It will be a dynamic percentage, with a goal of charging just the right amount.
