Current Status
On path to implement world's first operation of its kind in collaboration with Colombian Civil Aviation Authority for special operation permit. Partnered with tourism operator and hotel owner Aviatur for terrains within hotel private properties and to guarantee customer acquisition. VARON is a recognized world leader of Advanced Air Mobility and is part of NASA's advanced air mobility workgroups.

Our company will provide novel Transportation Services in different markets by implementing and operating the next generation of aviation, which is electric, silent, green and for regional and urban use. We will generate connections without the need to build anything in between in our regions, suburbs and cities - without building roads, tracks, bridges or tunnels. It’s called Advanced Air Mobility.
Business model
Starting in the tourism market offering adventure and sight seeing rides on a pay-per-ride model, in the highly touristic city of Cartagena, Colombia. We will do it in a private Aviatur hotel property and in the north of Cartagena in a private development area called Serena del Mar which has golf courses and beaches. We will offer tourists a 10 min ride on an electric drone flying very low altitude on a predefined route, where the pilots are on the ground, for a thrilling and entirely new experience experience with a tremendous "wow factor".
