OrtakMülk project is about the shared property model. It involves investors with small savings coming together with other investors to buy properties (land, house, car, shopping mall, workplace, office, hotel, taxi, minibus license plate, etc.) that they cannot buy on their own.
Current Status
The working principles and setup of our project have been completed. The software phase has begun. UI/UX designs of the website and mobile applications have been completed. It will be put into service directly after the software is completed.
Market
Everyone knows that there are millions of people around the world with small savings. When it is not possible to buy a house or land with these savings, with this model, investors with small savings can acquire and invest in property in shares. The target customer base of our system can be anyone, but it mostly targets investors who want to invest with their small savings.
Problem or Opportunity
The aim is to bring together investors who cannot acquire property on their own for investment purposes, with other investors in the same situation, to acquire property. This system will play an important role in the country's economy and employment as it will revitalize the real estate sector.

Hotels, shopping malls, large enterprises, lands, residences, commercial enterprises (cafes, restaurants) can be sold quickly by dividing them into shares, and the investor can have the opportunity to make a profitable investment depending on the situation of the enterprise.

In fact, joint property ownership is legally possible in many countries around the world. But so far, no one has digitalized this and established a system. Being the pioneer of this seemingly unrivaled system will give us an advantage and it will be possible to capture additional opportunities with this new ecosystem.

Finance
OrtakMulk does not receive commission from the seller. However, when the seller enters the advertisement of the property he wants to sell, %5 commission add to the amount of property entered by the seller. We also receive a 2% commission from buyers. So from one sell we get %7 comission.
Business model
OrtakMülk is a real estate sales platform. The only difference is that the property that the seller wants to be sold is divided into shares to facilitate purchasing. Therefore, OrtakMulk can be considered as a real estate marketplace system.
Money will be spent on
This project must be designed according to the laws of the country where it will be implemented. Therefore, serious legal expenses arise. In addition, for the system and software to work properly, the software should be constantly developed and technical personnel should be subjected to continuous training. In addition, advertising expenses also constitute a serious cost. If we can receive funds, we will use this resource for the payments listed above.
Offer for investor
Since OrtakMülk is a real estate agent company, it will earn money through commissions from real estate sales. Since property prices are high, profits can reach astronomical levels when sales are in demand across the country. Therefore, there is a serious monetary return for investors.
As with every investment, there are some risks in our project. Acquiring joint property is a model that generally frightens investors. As OrtakMülk, we will also provide consultancy services to solve any problems that may arise between shareholders. We will encourage shareholders who act against the system to sell their shares. And we will ensure that other shareholders continue their investments safely.

Since the project is new, it has not participated in any competitions.
