We are a pre revenue company, raising funds for commercialization and a full product launch in the USA this year.

Globally there are 10 million brain injuries every year, 5 million of these in children and adolescents at an estimated cost of over $70B annually.
80% of these are concussion.
Yet concussion diagnosis is poorly performed, largely subjective and ultimately unreliable, causing confusion at best and increasing the risk of long term brain damage at worst.
Solution (product or service)
Nurochek (from Australian biotech company Headsafe) is a portable headset using clinically validated technology to actually measure the brain’s electrical activity, analyze the results using a sophisticated Machine Learning (ML) Algorithm and send to the cloud for secure, online (HIPAA and GDPR compliant) storage.
In a 2 minute assessment (no baseline required) it can be used as an aid to the diagnosis of concussion to remove players from further harm, and to assess the prior to returning to play (at a suitable time according to the protocols of the relevant sport)
Business model
The Nurochek system will be sold directly to doctors, at a price well below that of most authority thresholds. A SAAS (software as a service) model is the revenue base for our company and the doctors themselves will be reimbursed via existing US insurance payment (CPT) codes.
