Market

The global education sector is expected to witness $10 trillion in expenditure over the next decade, with the upskilling industry alone representing a market size of $400 billion, targeting 1.1 billion individuals for upskilling.

Here are our customer segments:
1. **B2C (Business-to-Consumer)**: ClassX serves individual skills seekers who seek in-person learning opportunities for personal or professional development.
2. **B2B (Business-to-Business)**: ClassX partners with businesses to facilitate upskilling and reskilling of their workforce, providing a platform for businesses to connect with learning groups and offer tailored learning experiences for employees at scale.

Problem or Opportunity

In the realm of online learning, where completion rates struggle to exceed 10%, ClassX addresses the challenges of limited access to education and inefficient space utilization.

Solution (product or service)

By connecting instructors with available spaces and learners seeking new skills, we aim to make education more accessible and scalable, overcoming the barriers that hinder traditional and digital learning methods.

Competitors

ClassX operates in a competitive landscape with various existing alternatives:
- Traditional Education Institutions: Established universities, colleges, and educational organizations offer in-person learning experiences, albeit with limited flexibility and often higher costs.
- Online Learning Platforms: Companies like Coursera, Udemy, and Skillshare provide online courses and tutorials, offering convenience but lacking the hands-on, in-person interaction that ClassX emphasizes.
- Community Education Programs: Local community centers, libraries, and recreational facilities may offer classes and workshops, though their offerings may be limited in scope and quality compared to what ClassX aims to provide.
- Corporate Training Programs: Many companies offer internal training and development programs for their employees, focusing on specific job-related skills and competencies.

Advantages or differentiators

ClassX offers several advantages and differentiators in the domain of in-person learning:
1. **Comprehensive Platform**: ClassX provides a one-stop platform for both instructors and learners, facilitating the entire process from finding suitable venues to booking classes and making payments, streamlining the entire educational experience.

2. **Global Reach, Local Impact**: By connecting instructors with available spaces globally and skills seekers with group learning opportunities locally, ClassX enables access to diverse educational offerings while fostering community engagement at the grassroots level.

3. **Optimized Space Utilization**: ClassX helps maximize the utilization of underutilized spaces such as community centers, studios, or meeting rooms, creating revenue opportunities for space owners while providing affordable venues for instructors and learners.

4. **Flexibility and Scalability**: With its flexible scheduling and diverse range of offerings, ClassX accommodates various learning needs and preferences, making education accessible and scalable for individuals, businesses, and communities alike.
