We launched our product in April 2024 and have yet to generate revenue.

Problem or Opportunity

Each Learner has an individual learning style with distinct and preferred ways of perception, organization, and retention. Further, not all topics can be taught or understood in one learning style. One would prefer a group learning experience, while another would prefer 1-on-1 learning. Also, one would prefer self-paced learning while another would prefer instructor-led learning. There is no universal ed-tech platform that can cater to an individual learner’s preferred learning style to comprehend different subjects and also provide them with flexibility in terms of time, place, and educator.

Solution (product or service)

Tutorac is a global e-learning marketplace platform connecting learners and tutors. Tutorac enabling learners and tutors to engage in multiple learning formats across various learning categories. The platform provides multiple tools to tutors to run live group classes and individual 1-on-1 classes. The platform enables learners to post-training jobs for tutors to apply and get hired, learning to also hire 1-on-1 private tutors for specific learning needs. Additional Tutorac also provides self-paced recorded video learning courses for learning as part of its subscription package.

Business model

Tutorac offers a SaaSTra offering, which is a combination of SaaS and transactions. Tutorac has the following revenue streams
● Subscription revenues from tutors
● Transaction revenue as a commission from all paid training and courses offered on the platform
● Subscription revenues from learners, who get access to premium content including self-paced learning videos.
● Revenue from corporates who buy bulk licenses for their employees for premium content and commission from the usage of the marketplace.
