In our current GTM - we are focused on the mortgage industry - our target segments are the following: Technology vendors - companies that leverage technology as their primary services. Service vendors - companies that leverage a service as their primary offering. Mortgage Lenders, including independent mortgage banks, deposit banks, and credit unions, sell mortgage loans to the public.
Problem or Opportunity
60% of businesses have buyer's remorse after 18 months of owning technology. Wasting time, money, and losing confidence in the future considerations.
Solution (product or service)
Our platform audits their current technology, providing an internal tech stack score so they can understand their specific needs. This data also allows us to provide quantitative prescriptions for new resources.
Competitors
Capterra, G2, Trustpilot, and Birdeye would be considered competitors. Determining market share is quite difficult due to the size of the markets in all companies that participate internationally.
Advantages or differentiators
Review collection happens traditionally three ways. Solicited upon a point in the transaction that the buyer is happy. The review collector incentivizes the buyer (through free service or money). Lastly, the buyer leaves a review because they are angry. We have invented and trademarked a fourth way.

Our competition is very well funded and has an incredible head start. We are overcoming that risk through our go-to-market strategy to lower the costs associated with going to market. We've had guidance from some of the founders of our competitors in understanding the hurdles they experienced that caused stagnance in their initial growth. We are confident in our strategy and ability to execute.
