Current Status
I want to personally build an A-Frame house with roughly 1530sqft of livable space. The design of the house is my own personal drawings and features 2 bed 2 bath with accommodation for 6 people. I live in one of the most popular tourist destinations in fl citrus county. Land has not yet been assigned but I’m looking for an acre, this will be enough land for a deck on the front, back and a 2 car pergola style car port with EV charging. Problem or Opportunity
The market in the citrus county Fl area is mostly taken by neighboring county’s, citrus county itself does not have very many options when it comes to places to stay. I think a modernized A-Frame cabin in the woods would be a perfect place to stay for several nights when on vacation.

The home will be a perfect spot to have families who are on vacation to enjoy in the woods.
Competitors
These is very little competition in Citrus county FL because most families in my experience will stay with family due to the low number of short term rentals available.

This home will be different because it will give as modernized look on the dated A-Frame look.

The entire project will take about 3-4 months, and will include everything to have the house on the market.

Money will be spent on Materials, Labor, etc. the profits will be divided as stated. All my time designing comes with the proposal.

My deal in this adventure would be 2 different options:
1. We rent out the home as a short term rental for AirBnb and VRBO. Investors get 70% profit until they recoup their investment, then split 50/50 with myself.
