We provide a platform for realtors to list properties they are selling or letting combined with a Real Estate Management System for efficient and hustle-free property management. We also issue short-term relocation loans to tenants (up to three months) and Rental loans to landlords (up to 12 months repayment period). This platform is an app and web-based for convenience and time-saving.
Current Status
We are currently operating, our platform is online and real estate products in the market. We have employed 7staff, 4 ladies and 3gentlemen. We currently have approximately 1000usersin our platform and more than 15 clients who buy our real estate products directly from us. Last Year we made revenues of approximately $ 90,000

According to the National Association of Realtors in Kenya, an estimated 50% of buyers used the internet to search for properties with that figure increasing to 93 % for people under the age of 36 this is likely to grow, we are positioning
ourselves to be the preferred real estate platform.
Mostly our products is designed to fit young people between the age of 16 and 40 years of age, this is also the biggest population and highest product consumer in Africa.

1. Tax, currently there are some proposal in the parliament to add taxing real-estate, one of them has been implemented, i.e. capital gain tax from 5% to 15%, however the other suggested has a strong opposition.
