I have developed a product that combines software and technology that will stop mass shootings without violating anyone's Second Amendment rights.
I need funding in exchange for a percentage of the ownership. The project requires the patent to be filed, the software to be developed, and the integration of the software with the hardware.

This is a project that is currently in development. The idea has been fleshed out and completely vetted. It requires the filing of a patent application and then development of software accompanied with integration of the necessary hardware.

This will be used by EVERY customer segment and market throughout the world. Further, it can also be integrated into vehicles around the world.
Additionally, this product can be licensed to existing companies who already have an established customer base.

In this country, and also in countries around the world innocent people are victimized by those individuals who wantonly kill people without warning. While the deaths of anyone is a tragedy, the deaths of innocent children is completely reprehensible. There is no greater pain that a person can feel when they experience the death of a child. It is my goal to stop this from happening, and through this invention it will stop.
If you are a serious investor I will require you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and once that has been executed I will divulge the specifics about this project.
It is important for any investor to know that at this time the details of this project have been vetted, however, there is no software that has been developed, and no integration with hardware has been done.

There are no current competitors or existing alternatives.

I cannot provide details as this product is not yet patented. I will discuss it with a potential investor upon the completion of an executed NDA.

The sales expectations within the first five years will be ten billion dollars or more.

There is no current business model because this idea is completely proprietary.

Patent, Software, Hardware, Marketing, and the hiring of necessary individuals to carry out the requirements of a company.

Ten percent ownership shares for full investment of required funds. This may be negotiable depending on what connections that the investor can bring.
