Current Status
Aside from building our MVP, our biggest challenge has been to secure regulatory approvals to operate. This approval process took two years and intensive capital. We have launched nationwide in the USA. We have completed 80% of our beta testing. And we are just starting to generate revenue (immaterial amounts as of now).
Problem or Opportunity
Traditional retail gifts are wasteful, as they represent little to no lasting value to recipients. Older generations (e.g., parents and grandparents) need a much more effective and sustainable means of value transfer for the next generation.

To eliminate retail gifting waste and provide a more efficient means of value transfer, we have built an investing website featuring the unique ability to send Stocks as Gifts. Our mission is to inspire and enable financial independence for future generations.
Business model
For now, we offer a fee-per-transaction service for sending Stocks as Gifts. This may later evolve into a subscription service.
Our target audience is the Gen X demographic. By way of introducing KARMEQ, we offer parents groups and school groups our FinTeach curriculum for financial literacy.
