We leverage time, and technology to list and sell houses for $4950 for most houses un $1M. Home sellers get the same service, and results of a local full fee agent charging 5-6% of the sale price. The result is they save thousands in commissions without giving up full service, expertise or great results.
Business model
- The listing fee for most properties under $1M list price is $4950 plus buyer’s agent commission
- The listing fee for properties over $1M list price is $9950 plus buyer’s agent commission
- The cost of a listing through closing is $2,050 including $729 for customer acquisition, $508.00 for COGS, and $500 advertising cost per new listing.
