Telicomm developed an algorithm that predicts the available bandwidth of the cellular network and makes sure to fit the video streams within it. This is done by modeling and prioritizing the packets of video that are transferred over the network.
Business model
Telicomm works with a SAAS model, charging for software monthly according to the amount of data used to transfer videos.
