Current Status
We have developed a prototype and proprietary competency framework, conducted over 100 user interviews, and currently we are working on adding standardized assessment tools that are currently used as standalone products. As a result we got 5 letters of intent from potential customers.

Most test providers today view their products as separate tools, they don’t focus on their integration into the recruitment process.
On the other hand, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are built around processes and workflows, but not the quality and complexity of hiring decisions.
At the same time their customers (mostly hiring managers) are guided only by their gut feeling and intuition, lacking proven frameworks and assessment tools, especially for soft skills measurement.
That’s why we want to combine the best of two approaches - hiring decision methodology and seamless workflows.
