Idea

Hiring Decision Hub is specifically designed to enable the best hiring decisions. We are passionate about making candidate assessment and decision making as objective and data- driven as possible.

Current Status

We have developed a prototype and proprietary competency framework, conducted over 100 user interviews, and currently we are working on adding standardized assessment tools that are currently used as standalone products. As a result we got 5 letters of intent from potential customers.
Our beta launches in November 2022, and our assessment tools are already in use as standalone products

Problem or Opportunity

Most test providers today view their products as separate tools, they don’t focus on their integration into the recruitment process.
On the other hand, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are built around processes and workflows, but not the quality and complexity of hiring decisions.
At the same time their customers (mostly hiring managers) are guided only by their gut feeling and intuition, lacking proven frameworks and assessment tools, especially for soft skills measurement.
That’s why we want to combine the best of two approaches - hiring decision methodology and seamless workflows.

Solution (product or service)

Our solution consists of three main modules:
Profile Builder which helps to identify key requirements using game-based engaging techniques and cutting edge soft & hard skills frameworks
Candidate assessment which provides AI-driven data on your applicants with a set of in-built tools — from psychometric tests to guided competency-based interviews
Decision Hub for making informed decisions and maximizing your new hires’ performance based on system suggestions and insights

Small- and medium-sized enterprises (up to 200–300 employees)
Fast-growing companies Zero HR adopters Recruitment agencies
Region:
European English-speaking market as first priority
Looking into other dynamic employer markets with stronger competition per 1 job opening (i.e. AsiaPac, LatAM)
Sales Strategy:
Subscription pricing model with 2-4 options around the median of €500/month (unlimited seats)
Top down selling strategy, leadgen through SEO and ads
ATS vendors and distributors as partnership channel
