no direct competitors for the shelters, and for the hotel where we are located we dont have any competitor either.
Advantages or differentiators
Due to the current problems not only in the Dominican Republic, but throughout the world, the need arose to create a place in which the homeless are treated for their different problems, which can be both physical and psychological. So that they have a better quality of life, and later they could be inserted into the society.
If this project were carried out, it would be contributing both to the well-being of these people and to society, since the rate of people in a state of abandonment would be reduced, these being contributors to the disaster urban, when they are forced to search through garbage to feed themselves, and to the spread of epidemiological diseases. We will use a series of measures whose main objective is the reduction and subsequent control of the indigent population.
Finance
i have a website selling hoodies at $45 dollars, out of which $20 dollars are profit. in the next 5 years we estimate that we will have more than 1million hoodies sold, we also have a call center with 25 agents selling our product.
Business model
Our project consists of the sale of our products to raise funds for the construction of 5-level buildings, where there will be 20 studio apartments per level.
Making a total of 100 studio apartments in each building, providing a total of 100 new homes for 100 homeless people. Each studio apartment will have a living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All studio apartments will be furnished.
Each building will have its own dining room with a capacity of 100 people, where breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at no cost. They will also have a recreation area and a laundry area for the 100 studio apartments.
Money will be spent on
the finishing of the 100-room hotel in Albania 80% built already and the start of the process of Hebaco Shelters. Open new office and manufacturer expenses.
Offer for investor
we can go 50/50 as joint venture in the hotel, or we can get the loan putting the hotel property as collateral which is worth $8.7 mm euros.
