We are in the beginning stages. The current financial plan for LA ENTERPRISE 2021 INC. is to obtain funding in the amount of at least $10,000. The funds will be used to execute leasehold, improvements, purchase new furniture and fixtures in order to update the unit and interiors to allow the business to remain competitive and to provide operating funds until the company maintains profitability.

Florida is one of the best states to operate a vacation rental. It is so diverse that our client market is very diverse and expansive. There isn't just one demographic that visits florida which makes our audience very wide. Our rental can be suitable for families, couples, businesses, large groups, etc. This diversity expands our chances of 100% occupancy as there's many things to do and many events occurring year-round.
The population of Florida is approximately 22 million (2022) and is known historically as the sunshine state in which every year, thousands of tourists pay a visit to its idyllic sandy beaches and warm weather. Florida offers countless miles of beaches, a number of renowned amusement parks and national parks, a lively and dynamic nightlife, and a diverse assortment of distinctive tourist attractions that make it a one-of-a-kind travel destination for not only residents but also tourists. Additionally, LA ENTERPRISE 2021 INC. anticipates an increase in specialty business in future years as a result of cultivating business relationships with regard to these events and others.

To satisfy our client needs for short-term, temporary housing, we provide a positive experience for our clients and their families by offering prime property locations and furnished residences with all the warmth, comfort and amenities of home while being away from home.

My ultimate goal is to acquire a new Airbnb location. After experiencing the success of my first one, I was motivated to expand to another large city. I was born and raised in South Florida, therefore I am well-versed in the major cities. My first airbnb was located in downtown Miami, Florida. My airbnb was constantly booked because it was close to the Miami International Airport and South Beach. There was plenty of room, it was in a luxury high-rise, it was well furnished, and it had many amenities that appealed to our guests. This prompted me to pursue opening a new location in Orlando, Florida. Because many travelers visit Orlando throughout the year, I feel it would be a good site for our new short-term rental. Attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney World, Sea World, and others draw a large number of visitors to this major town every year. I believe we would achieve a lot of success if we had a location close to these main attractions.

My intention is to obtain this new unit as soon as feasible. The last three months of the year are generally the busiest for this city since many people travel for the holidays during this time. Based on my previous experience with airbnb, I can furnish the property within 7-14 days of acquiring it. The sooner we have it up and running, the sooner we can list it and begin generating revenue from it.

Opposed to ordinary traditional hotels, one of the most appealing aspects of Airbnb has always been the promise of a local, authentic, and a more affordable visitor experience. Guests visiting Florida are in search of a premium quality, warm, cozy, comfortable establishment in which to call home while visiting.
