People mindful of their stress, who do not
wish to take medicines with side effects, need
a way to stay calm and in control when and
where stress arises. Over 30 million Americans
already use breathing and mindfulness
practices prescribed by doctors, therapists or
coachs. Yet, these practices are almost
impossible to apply in a real-life situation.

wearer’s breath. It does so by sending
calming vibrations to the body’s core based
