Okey 101 game The game is played with a game set of 106 pieces. The stones are in 4 different colors and have numbers from 1 to 13. Each number has 8 tiles: two red, two yellow, two blue and two black. There are also two unnumbered special stones. These stones are used as jokers in the game. There are many different rules used in the game of Okey. The most popular of these are Straight and 101. Okey is played with a different number of players depending on the type .
