We are solving multiple problems for two sides of the same coin.

Our paying clients are landlords and real estate portfolio managers who are renting accommodation to their tenants. Our SAAS platform called Estelle, helps them streamline their activities by digitising and automating many of the processes that go into the real estate rental business.

Our online platform for landlords, Estelle, automates many of the time consuming processes, from tenant onboarding, to rent collection and bank reconciliation, through maintenance management and portfolio reporting.

On the other side, RoomMate Places is a platform by which you can manage your relationship with your landlord. With RoomMate places you can access features such as… check unit info, make online rent payments, manage leases, communication channels, maintenance requests, and files on the go

We iterated the pricing model so that it is scalable with the real estate portfolios our clients manage. Specifically, we work with rentable units, which can be as small as a bed and as big as a whole apartment.

After 10 units, they can choose between the:

Unit Plan, set as €4,99/unit/month.
Transaction Plan, in which we charge 1% of the rent collected.
