Idea

Education-based and gamified social media experience for students and teachers.

Current Status

Since our launch on February 1, our total revenue is ₺40200. In those 4 months, we accomplished providing over 350 hours of private tutoring to 18 students (5 of them are foreigners) in English, Turkish, Russian, mathematics and science. Our current CAC is ₺35. The average tutoring hours that one student demands so far has been 20 hours, which makes our LTV ₺2400 in the current state. In our application, we have over 170 free users. In social media, we have over 4000 followers. We work with 12 teachers.

Problem or Opportunity

* Inability of students in Turkey to have quick access to private tutors.
* Inability of students in Turkey to knowin which class and topic personal support is needed.
* Lack of comprehensive success analysis system in Turkey based on classes and topics.

Solution (product or service)

* Social media experience for students through live competitions, in-application cooperation and challenge system among students.
* Personalized tutoring depending on the automatically analyzed success rate of the individual.

Business model

B2C: Our business model is based on freemium subscription in our application. The monthly cost of membership is ₺29,90. For students who also want to benefit from private tutoring, our avarage hourly lesson cost is ₺120.
B2B: In the long run, we also consider selling big data to educational institutions as we will possess particular data on students from different social classes, ages and locations in relation with their success in specific subject areas. Such a big data will fundamentally increase the efficiency of schools and universities.
