There is two type of users on our platform: Shippers and Carriers

Problem or Opportunity

On the one hand, our client is a Shipper who, due to the chaos in the shipping industry and the lack of automation, is forced to use freight brokers for his needs and in connection with this he pays up to 40% commission for each request.

On the other hand, we have a Carrier and, according to statistics in the United States, about 90% of carriers own less than 5 trucks and, therefore, they are not able to pay to hire a dispatcher who selects an order from platforms and negotiates with a freight brokers. Carriers hire a third-party dispatch team that provides the service up to 25% for each request.

Solution (product or service)

We have created a freight platform with the logic of which will allow the shipper to save up to 25% on each order.

And the carrier does not need to use the services of third parties, because on our platform it is not required to sign and fill out contracts every time, as his dispatch services used to do for him, now he will be able to choose and agree on a price himself in a few clicks.

Competitors

Convoy.com - Best in our Market but the only operate in "CDL niche" (300 million in sales (USD).

Uber Freight - only for CDL niche

Advantages or differentiators

Some of the competitors cover only for CDL niche or try to cover all types of transport and only our platform is focused on box trucks loads that doesn't required any specific license and because we owned a trucking company in the past and made more than 4000 deliveries in several years and we understand all the pains of small companies that have already come to us and registered on our platform.
