ViewIT is the TikTok of real estate. We enable users to take video tours of listings, PIN the location and upload to viewit.ae or viewit.pk.
Current Status
We have 2,000 app downloads, 1,500+ users, 2,200 listings and are growing at 15% per month.
Problem or Opportunity
Viewings are highly inefficient. Clients on average view 12 properties before deciding on one. We have built a property platform that solves the problem of real estate viewings and fake listings, by offering an app that allows agents to conduct video tours of listings which are then geotagged, verifying the location.
Solution (product or service)
Our application allows users to take video tours of listings and PIN their locations. This confirms that the agent has actually been there and it gives a much clearer idea of the property.
Business model
We are a B2B2C subscription based model where we charge AED 100 per agent per month.

We are part of the in5 incubator out of Dubai, 1871 incubator from Chicago and graduated from the sFoundation accelerator out of San Francisco.
