Problem or Opportunity
The financial impact of the IT skills gap by 2022 is estimated to increase to US$34.8 billion in Latin America due to delayed product and service launches, lost revenue and increased costs. The pandemic created a need for trained and up-to-date professionals to ensure resilience and agility in rapidly changing environments (Source: Florean, et Al., 2020. IDC WHITE PAPER. Trends in Closing the IT Skills Gap in the Americas Latin.17 p.).
Solution (product or service)
Our proposal is based on making training, digital reconversion and the user employability process much more efficient by creating a system which centralizes the entire user experience in the same intelligent platform by implementing a global talent market network in which headhunters and company recruiters can match talents in real time.
Business model
Our business model is B2C/B2B where people pay USD$40 for training plans that last between 3 to 9 months and companies pay plans of 300 dollars to access our talent base.
