already build compund ,need renovation and maintenance , 3 years maintenance and selling contract , very unique location in new cairo , 1st settlement, easy to sell after renovation

Current Status

built from more than 15 years , 48 building with 850 unit ( Flat ) in a very unique location in new Cairo , 3 new constructed Malls , 2 swimming pools , 3 entertainment gardens , no new locations or unites around it , in between old cairo and the new administrative capital ,

Maintenance and operation is a rapidly developing and growing industry. In response to this climate, we will provide other services, including facilitation and analysis of requirements in the future., especially with the country's general tendency to pay attention to real estate investment, urban expansion and the establishment of new cities

Problem or Opportunity

maintenance and security services has stopped form 5 years , sales has nearly stopped too
we have a deal with the owner but he will pay us unites -not money- with 20% discount from the official and average market prices
after renovation unit prices will raise 10-15 % ( compared to the area prices )
selling our units and remaining 70 units with commission from owner
serve the current residents ( services , maintenance and security)

we will join the contracting and maintenance industry. Generally, larger maintenance firms work with international developers while smaller maintenance firms work with local developers and smaller pools, usually closer to home. The founders of regulated maintenance companies like ours also have a history of working with government agencies, local businesses, and contractors in various construction and engineering fields. With the economy recovering, the industry is showing positive signs of growth. Sales delay , alot of unites are available in market nowadays in administrative capital and new cities , but not in new Cairo area , new cairo is the nearest neighborhood for the new administrative city , new cairo will be the center of cairo next 5-10 years , not to much unites available in new cairo and old one due to regulation changes
