Current Status
Our CineECG service is available in two channels: A) SAAS platform for direct use by physicians in a pay per use or subscription mode; B) Cloud service in which CineECG is used by clinical institutions and remote ECG interpretation service providers. Both channels are live since mid 2022 and generating revenue. We have signed a first contract with one clinical partner and are close to deals with 3 others parties. We are also starting paid pilots in ER departments in Europe and the USA soon.
Problem or Opportunity
The electrocardiogram was invented in 1911. Now each year 800 million 12 lead (10 electrodes) ECG’s are made. ECG technology is still the same and analog in nature. ECG waveform interpretation is still a challenge for physicians. It’s like car navigation without the underlying map and only the arrow on the screen. On average Physicians and clinicians only interpret 54% of ECG waveforms correct. Not being able to diagnose results in missed or late diagnosis, expensive other imaging technologies (CT, MRI, Echo) which do not record electrical signals and at the end late & expensive treatments
Solution (product or service)
We reconstruct computerized heart activation from standard 12 lead ECG data combined with our heart and body models and diagnostic algorithms. We relate the ECG to the heart anatomy show the pathway through the heart. We convert 12 ECG graphs to only 3 axis of the electrical pathway through the heart and compare recorded data with normal healthy ECG values. Normal or abnormal ECG is clear for all phases of the activation cycle (unlike current solutions). ECG interpretation this way is better (we detect hidden diseases), faster and cheaper (no more need for MRI, CT or Echo).
Business model
Our business model is remote software based service delivery. This is via a SAAS platform offered oto a global market with pay per use of subscription billing options. And a cloud service solution in which a clinical institution sends their ECG files to our servers to obtain our CIneECG analysis report. This is based on volume driven contracts. In both cases the users need to upload data and receive a PDF output. The business model is targeted on recurring revenue generation since users will have a indefinite lifetime.
