Minerva Lithium, LLC has developed a novel Nano-Mosaic© technology platform that can selectively trap valuable minerals and harmful pathogens from water. We are initially targeting the lithium market

This platform technology has potential customers across multiple industry segments like water purification companies, petrochemical manufacturing companies, lithium brine operators and oil companies. We have developed two models: Nanomosaic Model M1 in which we will incorporate our technology into existing infrastructure of lithium industries, water companies and chemical companies. Nanomosaic Model M2 in which we will be working with conventional techniques like solar evaporation.

The global need for lithium is increasing rapidly and is expected to increase more than 18 fold by the year 2030. However, the lithium brine industry is unable to meet the demand due to lack of efficient, rapid lithium extraction technology.

To meet the growing demand in the lithium market, the Nano-Mosaic© technology can extract lithium from brines in less than 24 hours with 90% recovery for a lower cost compared to the current cycle times of around 18 months, only 30%-65% recovery and high operational costs.
