Customer: Mainly women who wants to live healthier oder to lose weight. Target Age Group: 24 - 50 years. In the DACH region, more than 50% are overweight and 24MIO people want to lose weight. The market is growing by more than 6.6% per year. Expansion into other countries is very likely as obesity has become a global problem.

Who doesn't know Julia's problem? Eating too much but it tastes so good. Is that really the main reason? As psychologists we say: NO. Because stress, boredom and other emotions are usually behind eating. That's why nobody manages to lose weight permanently!

Combination with new forms of wearables (measuring breath / stress) will be also interesting. The App will be the further development of our online course and personal coaching.

The USP is clearly given. We have the only weight loss programme that has a psychological mindfulness-based system.
