We have developed a traction in the community and a solid interest in the market segments we have reached out to. Altough this does not matter as much, we feel its important to mention.
We have currently done our intial sales through brokers and feel that we have a solid proof of concept and feel ready to proceed.
We have customer segments are divided into two.
B2B: We have a large network within the luxury Yachts industry. We are confident to strike deals with actors within our network to use our Rush 39 as a sub vessel to their luxury yachts. We have letters of intent from our potential clients.
B2C: We are working towards the consumer market . We have a solid market feedback from consumer market and brokers

We are looking to capitalize on the green shift with a new and innovative yacht brand.
We have developed our Rush Yachts with the green shift in mind and we are looking to lauch additional maritim products inlined with with our values.
We will provide a fully electric version in our V3, if the market adapts.

The Rush Yachts 39 is an evolution of technologies, build processes and materials all combined into an incredibly striking and high-performance boat that can be used through a wide range of applications.
Fr om the smart boost alternators fitted to the main engines for electrical generation and storage allowing the owner to enjoy the surroundings without the need for a generator, through to the use of developing materials such as Lignia within the deck construction, the Rush Yachts 39 takes a comprehensive range of elements, all combined to offer the most sustainable and practically green boat available.

Our concept is a little bit different from the traditional established actors in the industries. So in term of the solution we provide we dont have any notworthy compeditors with the team and experience we have.
In terms of market segments and price we are competing with companies like Princess, Beneteau, Bavaria etc.
Advantages or differentiators
We have a fundamentally different organization than the established players have at this time. We will much easier be able to adapt to the new technolgies as and when they arrive. We are fundamentally a green and renewable company and we are confident the markets will natrually attract towards us. We are confident over time, we will be able to produce new and innovative products inlined with our values and mission.

Money will be spent on
We have are looking to raise capital in Rush yachts to improve manufacturing, branding and distribution of Rush yachts.
An increase in liquitidy would increase efficeny in manufacturing and help us move to stage 2 and 3 uptil six months quicker than expected.
1. Error in the manufacturing. If something happends in the manufacturing that causes delays, that can be a bit difficult. Ofcourse we work toward extremly realistic manufacturing targets, but things can happend.
2. We have problems with the boats we manufacturer. Ofcourse we do what we can to avoid it, but these things can happend. Hopefully with good routines and we avoid this.
