My company is focused on providing marketing services that published authors need. It is estimated that around 1 Million books are being published each year. Around 45 - 65% of published books would need Marketing Services. They spend an average of $2,000 in marketing. If we receive the extra funding needed and can operate on a larger scale, we plan on getting at least 5-15% of the market. If we will base the spending on the $2,000 average, we are looking at a revenue of $15,000,000 to $50,000,000

Current Status

With a total of 6 agents, we continue to acquire
more and more customers every day. In our 6
months of operation, we had total revenue of
$60,890. The profit margin of this business is
fairly high even though we are offering cheaper
services than mainstream companies.

than 1 Million books are being published each
year. It is estimated that around 45 to 55% of
those books require Marketing to reach the

In reality, there are a lot of problems that may arise. We may be a target of false
advertising fr om our competitors by writing bad blogs. There might be instances
wh ere agents would provide information that is not factual. We already kept that in
mind and have implemented some plans to lessen, if not totally eliminate, those
problems. By having these plans in place, it increases our confidence to take over
the market.
Quality Assurance Check – I provide quality assurance checks for transactions
done by my agents. This is done through thorough review of call recordings, email
transcript review, and feedback consideration.
Post-Purchase Relations – We try to reach out to our previous clients after we
provided them with the services that they’ve purchased. This is to increase the trust
that our clients have in us. That trust not only benefits our company by having
repeat customers but can also bring us potential clients (friends, family, and
colleagues via recommendations)
Constant Product Research – We constantly strive to provide our clients with the
services that would fit their needs. This results in us researching new and cheaper
services to offer to our clients.
