50% of students are considering relocating abroad. Lack of trust is slowing down this process. 3mj's solution is growing reciproc trust. Video Cv, video job description, pictures, geolocation, tens of forms and a unique attention to inclusion already allow 1200 companies to recruit more than 13k candidates from 101 countries.

International recruitment companies need to join tens of recruitment platform to recruit low skilled workers. Linkedin is not helping when talking about low skilled workers. Another solution is to have a local partner in every nation companies are willing to recruit.
Ex: Strawberry pickers for Munich (GER).
For international job seekers aged 18-25 it is very complicated to pick up their destination and to access to foreign website and manage tens of accounts.

1 platform for the whole HR market.
Our go to market strategy is based on getting user's trust.
Using 3mj companies can post their offer and clone it in the countries they are interested to recruit from. Jobs are listed by proximity, in this case they will have a "relocation" badge.
Undecided international job seekers can play with more than 50 filters, look for the most matching job and finally decide their destination.
Video cv and video job description help to kill the lack of trust.

Competitors

Linkedin is the most international HR platform, expensive and focused on more skilled workers.

Facebook is international too, but have a very bad UX for recruiters and candidate are not sharing their informations on it.

Local unprepared recruitment platform, every nation have 3-4 strong competitors for the local market
