Workademy is developing a cloud- and subscription-based learning platform to help growing companies to scale the knowledge of any employee to the whole organization with a smart course builder.

Current Status

stable feature-complete scalable cloud-based product with 0 spendings on developers. 50000 in sales. 25+ high-quality online courses created on the platform, 10K+ registered learners, 30%+ course completion rate, 83 different workspaces, built content marketing strategy, set up sales pipelines and processes. 5 paying customers

The problem we are solving is inefficient knowledge management, which leads companies to productivity loss, quality loss, opportunity loss, inefficient growth, employee frustration.

Solution (product or service)

We help companies structure and retain internal knowledge in an easy and engaging way. Our learning management system allows anyone to create courses, using a smart course builder with an integrated learning design approach. People don't need to be learning experts, they focus solely on the area of their expertise, the platform does the rest.

Advantages or differentiators

- high flexibility of the platform that makes it extremely versatile and applicable for any use case
- integrated didactic approach, that guides the course creators step by step through the instructional design process so that people don't have to hire learning specialists to create their courses
- WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) course editor that saves time in course creation by 2-3 times compared to other platforms where course editor and course visualization are spread within different interfaces (or even platforms or tools!)
- extremely fast development cycles enabling us to develop features on demand

Business model

Our business model is a subscription-based model. We offer three tiers depending on the number of client’s users: up to 200, 500, and 2000 users; or pay-per-use.
We also provide additional services: workspace customization, and e-learning consulting.
