We aggregate previously offline and undiscovered tours and activities inventory through digital transformation of MSMEs in the sector, and distribute them to resellers both online and offline.
We are already a supplier of tours and activities to popular online travel agents and marketplaces in the region and are currently building the tech to distribute inventory to hotels and retailers for resale, maximising exposure by increasing revenue streams from resellers.
Current Status
We did a major pivot in November last year into a distribution platform company and have recorded 1,000+ transactions through our various distribution channels.
We have more than 1,100 suppliers whose tourism inventory we can distribute (89 Suppliers have already gotten transactions since our November 2020 pivot)
We have partnered with most of the established Online Travel Agents and Marketplaces in the region, and while sales have started slow in December, there is more and more momentum as the COVID19 vaccines are being deployed in the country.
Tour operators, activities providers, experience providers (Supplier businesses in the tourism industry) in the region don't use any software which makes it very hard for them to connect to Online Travel Agents, marketplaces and other Resellers.

We work with Suppliers' federations, associations, communities to aggregate their tourism offerings, and then distribute them digitally to Online Travel Agents and other Resellers.
We are focused on building technology for Hotels and Retailers to use to resell our aggregated inventory, so they can also become Resellers for our inventory.

No competitors within Indonesia, but we are like and want to be like: 1. Octopus (888.ly) from China. 2. Redeam (redeam.com) from the US.
Advantages or differentiators
We are the only startup of this kind in Indonesia. We have endorsement from the government (Environment and Forestry Ministry of Indonesia), as we are an official Digitalisation Partner to promote the country's ecotourism.
We also work very closely with Suppliers' federations, communities and associations so we are able to aggregate very unique and exciting tourism inventories from across all categories in the industry.
Finance
We obtain wholesale prices (up to 30% below published rates) from our Suppliers.
We take up to 10% margins, and then give the remaining 20% to our Reseller partners.
Our resellers provide our revenue streams through transactions that happen on their platform.

Money will be spent on
Tech development to deploy our Hotels and Retailer technology as soon as possible, before the tourism industry rebound happens.
Operations and business development to acquire as much tourism inventory as possible for our Resellers. We want to control Supply as much as possible.

Our technology is easily deployable in other countries, and is a great fit for large travel companies seeking to secure tours and activities supply, as well as hotel groups and retailer networks who would like to venture into the tours and activities industry.
Our software can be localised in another country and be deployed through a Joint Venture or a local partner.
We are maintaining the valuation of the company, the same as last year's funding round even though we have matured and the business is at a much healthier position to take advantage of our pivot momentum.
