During the day time our main customers are: students of schools and universities of all age, parents and their children, adults with no age limit, who are looking for a place to rest, have a dinner with friends, where they can eat anything with no need to choose one restaurant (our partners include all the main food-delivery companies operating in Taipei) or to have a place to work (we will have a co-working zone with sound isolation), attend classes or any kind of events. Also, for people who wish to share their art with the world (we will help artists of any kinds in hosting exhibitions, concerts or speaches).
During the night our main customers are: students age 18+, working class and anyone interested in night life, looking for a place to enjoy quality drinks and music. Also, those who wish to attend music performances, Dj sets and theme parties with local artists and who are tired of going to night clubs providing all the same events every month.

Pricing Structure
So, we have two options how to earn money, the first is café, idea consist of paid time and free snacks and drinks.
Fee for every minute at the first hour will be 3 NTD, after the first hour, every next minute will be 2 NTS, and for this customers will get a place for their doings and free snacks and drinks.
Secondly, we will have bar at night, and it will work like a usual bar, in the range will be:
