Our persona is a 24-49 year old person who studies and works, lives in a big city and has a busy routine. In addition, it is concerned with health and sustainability.
That persona made it grow and made more in the world today. People are even more crowded in big cities, with a crazy routine and worrying about staying healthy to live longer
Problem or Opportunity
74% of our interviewees showed a desire to plant at home, but there was no smart solution for that.
In addition, a migration to urban agriculture will be necessary and today we do not have a company that does this.
Solution (product or service)
Today people don't plant in their homes for 3 main reasons: they don't have time, they don't have space and they think that a lot of knowledge is necessary for this.
Brota solves these problems with a vegetable garden that only needs to be replenished every 25 on average. In addition, your soil is already prepared with the ideal amount for plants helping to accelerate their growth.

Our current CAC is 30 reais, to receive 225 reais for the product. So we have an LTV of 7.5. Our business model is the recurring purchase of capsules, similar to companies that manufacture espresso machines.
From that we have an LTV potential of more than 10.
Our 2020-2030 trajectory is:
- basic products for food supplementation (gourmet)
- expansion of our customer base
- selling more robust new products aimed at increasing food independence.
