We are a Marketplace that helps companies show themselves in a way that is relevant for the digital talent when choosing were to work.

Current Status

We have all the designs ready for the marketplace.
The web portal should be ready by the end of September.
There are already 15 companies committed to be part of the marketplace once is launched. Mostly trendy startups ( Two YC companies).

Market size: +92.000 million dollars.
Technological companies from Latin america: Startups, fintechs, software development companies, etc.

Problem or Opportunity

Today, in the world, and increasingly in the future, any company requires tech talent to achieve their business goals.
However, many companies (whether they have in their core the technology or not) they do not know how to attract this type of talent.

Solution (product or service)

Through surveys, interviews with developers, analysing market studies from big companies like Randstad and our +2 years of experience in the tech recruitment industry. We have defined the 7/10 key variables software developers and digital talent analyse when analysing new companies to work with.
All of this work, we channel it into a marketplace.

Competitors

Indirect: Linkedin, Glasdoor and traditional job boards.
Direct: The Muse ( only present in the US), Welcome to the Jungle ( only present in France and Spain).

We do not have direct competitors in Latin America.

There is a major gap between what tech talent expects and what companies are offering to them.
