Our company solves the problem of low customers LTV, that is relevant for banks, mobile operators and other large businesses. The reason of low LTV is that apps of those companies are being rarely used and do not engage customers. They cover only one or two user demands. For example, I am using banks application once a year to set up automatical payments for utility bills, and then couple of times per month to transfer small amount of money to my friends. So the bank does not make money on me, because we practically don’t interact with each other. Also I eventually loose understanding of the value of this bank and it becomes difficult for the bank to keep me as a client.
