A product with similar features is already commercial available from our company.
Samples of electrochromic film are ready, samples of electrochromic film laminated into glass are ready.
Market
Main market: meanings of transport (automotive, railroad, water and air transports). The product can be used for glazing everywhere ordinary glazing is used.
Side market: interior glazing of middle size.
In general we sell film for lamination that is used by ordinary glass processing companies to produce their general products with additional features.
Problem or Opportunity
Current production technology is very complicated and too expensive. Moreover it is not possible to improve main qualities of the final product with the current production technology.
Switching to film production will enable any glass processor to use this technology in their products.

Decision is to improve the production process and moving from "filling triplex" option to "lamination triplex" standard production process. That will let to achieve much better results of the product, reduce its cost and let to spread it over the world.
Competitors
Direct competitor - our current product because it uses the same principles.
Not direct competitors - SPD and PDLC, they are film but don't provide required features to the end users like color of tinting, absence of haze, large contrast of light transmission.
Advantages or differentiators
Main color of tint is neutral black. That leads to no color cast and is required by the end users.
Zero level of haze. Other technologies like SPD or PDLC have extremely high level of haze that prevents them fr om usage at meanings of transportation.
Large light transmission contrast. Our technology provides 65% and more of contrast. That means that the final product will be legal even at the countries wh ere are limitations are introduced for light transmission levels. For example, the final product can be used as sidelites or even windshields.

Main purpose is B2B model. We don't connect with final users directly. No vertical integration. The new product will squeeze into already existed value chain of glass selling.

1. Phase 1: R&D of good electrochromic polymer for film + testing, small samples production, bus-bars solution.
2. Phase 2: Factory with large machinery establishing.
Offer for investor
Looking for investments into a new company that will receive IP via licensing or share/stake.
1. Poor R&D results will lead to more expensive production equipment and higher cost of the final product.
2. Difficulties with installation of bus-bars can reduce eagerness of the glass processing companies from usage of the product.
3. Governance implications can ban usage of adjustable tinting at road (for example) that can cut a part of the market.
