UDENZ is a dental tech startup that connects patients to dentists. We provide services such as dental appointment scheduling, teledentistry, managment of dental clinics. We provide customized dental benefit plans for the patients and also special packages for tourists.
UDENZPAY is 1 st GCC financial solution for Dental Clinics that’s suitable for Dental Clinics operating in GCC financial Solution offered against approved to pay Dental Claim with max 120 Days of Maturity.
UDENZX is the regions 1st dental e-commerce platform where products related to personal oral hygiene are sold.

Current Status

UDENZ provides 360 Dental Eco-system for Dentists, Dental Offices and Patients which allows patients to book, visit and have an online consultation with Dentists around them or from a specific dental specialty from anywhere and anytime.
UDENZ provides users and patients with an E-commerce platform (UDENZx) for safe online shopping for dental personal and dental home care products which is a first of its kind platform in the MENA region.
UDENZ provides the dentist with a unique platform to offer, manage and claim dental services and treatments for cash patients and insurance patients
UDENZ provide mass marketing options for Dentists via SMS, SEO Campaign and mail marketing options
UDENZ provides dental clinics with Online Payment Solutions via UDENZPay which inturn provides dental clinics with a credit facility to free their cash and use the UDENZPay for utility payments in return for using UDENZPay as the main payment method

Problem or Opportunity

As per the currrent situation UDENZ is making use of the opportunity to provide more user-friendly technology that will enhance the income of dental clinics, minimize the cost of dental treatments and integrate the dental insurance as a fundamental right and not an option. Currently UDENZ had introduced Online Consultation using Eazetx technology to provide video and audio calls between patients and dentists. this service is an enhancement for all our previous services

The main problem that UDENZ faces is penetrating more number of dentists and converting them to the smart era of using UDENZ technology in order to improve the dentist-patient relation which plays a major role in choosing the dentist.

Solution (product or service)

UDENZ strategy is to offer financial stability solutions for dentist during the conversion process. This will allow UDENZ to cater for the new generation of users and provide affordable dental care with access to a wide variety of services and improve dental insurance products that will benefit Dentists and Patients

Competitors

Our main competitors are in the medical field and there is no direct competition considering the MENA region.
Our indirect competitors are :
Practo and we differentiate from them as we also provide customized tourism packages for our patients.
ZocDoc, our differentiating factor from them is that we also deal with insurance companies and provide customized dental insurance packages and have a tourism package for our customers.

Advantages or differentiators

UDENZ has an advantages for providing Dental Eco-System i order to enhance dental care, Dental Economy and Dental Options in the Middle East Region which will impact the users and dental care providers
UDENZ provides a turn-key solution for the sector in digitalizing the dental care process to a micro extend to improve price affordability, dental care and the right of dental treatment any time anywhere

Finance

Our revenue generation is through the subscription of the dentists on our platform. Furthermore UDENZ will only charge 10% from the total package which are published by dentists on our platform value inclusive of VAT + 2.9% Transaction Fee on the total amount. UDENZ will also charge comission on the teleconsulation service provided along with a transaction fee on every payment made on UDENZPAY.

Money will be spent on

A) The pilot of UDENZPay Credit Facility Solution in UAE
B) Acquiring Paid Insurance Companies for Online Consultation in UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
C) Developing a Beta Version of Dental Claim Artificial Intelligence Core to support insurance companies in payment decision for dental claims

Offer for investor

A minimum investment of USD 350000 is required at this stage for which we are giving the investor 20% profit share

Risks

At present the risk associated is security of patients data.
Another risk is the changing regulations with regards to telemedicine as it is different and varies country to country

250000 USD were generated through Angel investor
