Idea

Through UBIQUE customers engage in 1-to-1 conversations directly with expert fashion stylists who navigate them across multiple brands and products. UBIQUE offers a uniquely tailored shopping experience for the most demanding clients of the fashion and luxury industries, while creating the opportunity for boutiques and brands to reach new affluent customers.

Current Status

UBIQUE is the first ever digital concierge for luxury fashion, offering personal assistance to HNWI for shopping online via a network of independent personal shoppers and stylists. In the first 2 months we ran 3 pilot projects for leading Italian luxury brands and onboarded personal shoppers with a combined portfolio of HNWI spending 2.5mn euros seeking leading european fashion brands.

Globetrotting business class looking for the best but wants to save time shopping. Indulgent shoppers traveling across continents seeking the latest brands the first. Celebrities and VIP looking for a discreet shopping experience.

Problem or Opportunity

When it comes to shopping, fashion customers are required to either browse through hundreds of brands and thousands of content available online by themselves or travel to physical stores. Products are accessible online but the personal assistance is not. True luxury requires personal touch and Ubique brings the in-store expertise with the convenience of online shopping.

Solution (product or service)

UBIQUE connects boutiques and brands with independent personal stylists, allowing them to remotely access their stocks and manage orders. For each successful sale, UBIQUE retains commissions from brands and extends a competitive part of it with the personal stylist, while the customer enjoys the service free of charge.

Advantages or differentiators

None of the competitors are focussing on digital platforms to make the shopping seamless and personalised. Multi brand retailers have a limited stock and lack brand legitimacy.

Finance

For each successful sale, UBIQUE retains commissions from brands and extends a competitive part of it with the personal stylist, while the customer enjoys the service free of charge. Customer pays only for add-on services.
